STK NEW GUIDELINES EFFECTIVE APRIL 06, 2026
PICTURE/VIDEO’S: STK Whelping Service will provide one (1) scheduled picture or video update per week. An initial picture or video will be sent on the day the puppies are born, followed by an update every Monday thereafter. This schedule allows STK to remain focused on the daily care, monitoring, sanitation, and well-being of your puppies. The health and care of your puppies remain our highest priority. VISITATION: For the health and safety of all animals in our care, in-person visitation is not permitted once your dog or puppies have been received by STK. This policy helps reduce the risk of contamination and protects your puppies as well as other clients’ animals. Please do not send family members, friends, or other representatives to the property without prior authorization. STK will communicate regarding an animal’s care only with the registered owner or an individual authorized by the owner in advance. Owners may request one brief video call per day through Facebook Messenger or the STK business phone. Video calls are limited to five (5) minutes and are available between 9:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M., subject to our care schedule and availability. TRANSPORT/TRANSPORTING: Transportation is an optional convenience service offered by STK to assist owners when scheduling and availability permit. Unless transportation arrangements have been confirmed in advance, owners are responsible for arranging transportation of their dog or puppies to and from STK. Transportation outside of Mobile, Alabama will be priced based on distance, current fuel costs, travel time, and any necessary lodging expenses. For extended trips, including travel requiring an overnight stay, the owner is responsible for all agreed fuel, lodging, and travel-related costs. All transportation fees must be paid in full before travel begins. Dogs or puppies must be picked up on the scheduled date. If pickup is delayed without prior arrangements, an additional care fee of $100.00 per day will apply.
